FERNANDO ALVAREZ IS A CERTIFIED YOGA TEACHER TRAINED IN VARIOUS TRADITIONS OF YOGA. HE
HAS INCORPORATED THESE INTO HIS TEACHING RESULTING IN A DYNAMIC, ALIGNMENT AND BREATHBASED
METHOD DESIGNED TO ADVANCE STUDENTS PROGRESSIVELY WHILE TEACHING THEM TO STAY
SAFE IN THEIR OWN PRACTICE.
HIS KNOWLEDGE OF YOGA POSTURES AND SEQUENCING MAKE FOR A VERY EFFECTIVE AND
ENERGIZING CLASS. THIS IS AN ALL-LEVELS CLASS TAILORED TO BOTH NEW AND EXPERIENCED
STUDENTS OF YOGA.
